I had already posted the preliminary images of my twin power ports in the frunk.
Nice and neat but the back of the power sockets projected too far and didn't allow fitting. . I could have cut a blank and glued it in flush with the battery panel. Instead I used MTB headset spacers to provide clearance. This then gets wired into a thunderbox. It still allows full use of the frunk.
The original idea is not mine but they must have used different, shallower, power ports. Unfortunately I can't remember where I saw the original image but they used a three port panel.
The two port panel I have is touch switchable but the thunderbox will mitigate battery drain.
It has two USB ports and one cigarette type socket for my sat nav. The pic above is of Version 1.
Once it stops raining (will it ever) I will wire it up along with a healtech gear indicator.
