Hi Guys
Ok. Since i'm getting a tad desperate in order to find a solution to the "bad"(Note this is relative) brakes on my 2012 NC700X manual(non ABS) i'm going to ask what may appear idiotic questions
to give you an idea. if i slam on fronts full to the bar almost it will NOT SKID(Unless...
hello from South Africa. My 2012 NC700X Manual only gets vibey at around 130+ and then only for a short time. I think due to some sort of resonance. otherwise the only time it feels like im going over cobble stones is when its labouring a bit in 6th just below 3000rpm
Aside from the manufacturers covering their behinds and making money off services there are some subtle points. many have already been mentioned. I didnt see this one though so here it is
Some Combustion by products go into the oil(obviously) and some of these are acidic. now when left to sit...
As a matter of interest. you can make it come on for brights and dims quite easily. Insert your negative(ground) wire as normal, but split your positive wire into a Y-lead so it has a connection to the high beam positive and low beam positive leading into a single positive wire going to the LED...
no i cant argue with you. you are 100% correct about getting used to the bike. i just like gizmo's and gadgets hehe. hence the gear indicator, im also looking for a handle bar mounted digital temp gauge. for no other reason than i like gadgets

thanks, well i was wondering if the standard model had the circular ring with the indents. perhaps just not hooked up for some reason. ill have a look at the microfiche if i can find it and see
Ok so after I wrote up my long term review of my NC the other day it got me to thinking of whats the highest millage an NC has reached yet.
so post your current millage and lets see
mine has currently 43620 miles on the clock. I'm sure there must be others with way more though.
unfortunately the HISS imbolizer is mostly a sales gimmick. in reality they simply load the bike onto the back of a small truck or into a closed van. Then they change the ignition system or strip it for parts
1 thing? more powerful brakes. But I know they fixed this on later models. So then i would have to say shaft drive. No more chains and sprockets wooohooo!!!!
