That looks like an awesome trip.

What are the total miles on you NCX now?

How is the seat concepts comfort level doing, give us another update has the seat broken in yet?

Has the seat become more comfortable since the start of your trip?

Keep safe, and have fun

Yesterday we rode from Hazelton to Prince George ( 425 km's ) but there were no rooms anywhere so we rode another 225km's to Mcbride BC for the night.Tomorrow we ride to Osoyoos BC for 2 days of sun, paddle boarding abd drinking Coronas before going home on Friday.
The SC seat still feels as firm as it did new,I can ride for 75-125 miles before getting off and stretching. We have been averaging about 325 miles a day on this trip and the SC seat was $$$$ well spent !!.We are around 6,000 miles on this trip so far.

^^^ Wow, those look pretty good! The TKC looks like it's about done, but that rear tire looks like it's got some mileage left in it. Thanks for the pix.
Have a safe return home.

The TKC is less than 1/2 worn and the K60 is about 1/3 worn.I hope to get around 12,000 miles out of the K60 and 8-10,000 out of the TKC.

The TKC looks worse in the picture, but I'll take your word for it. I might have to go with that combination when I swap tires, but that will be a while...I'm at around 2000miles so far.

TKC's are not very thick when new, they are pretty soft and the first 1/2 wears much faster than the second 1/2 ( my experience anyway ).

That has been my experience as well-there is plenty of life left in that guy. I have blown through rear TKC's in 3k on an F800 but that is riding it hard. Best thing to do of course to take the time to air them up when you return to the pavement from off-road.

We never aired down for the dirt,up the Dalton and back wet and dry and 200+km's of loose gravel..all around 40psi!!!.front and rear.

To be honest, you fitting the TKC/K60's and sharing your tip along with Hondabikepro with his set-up/fab work, really has me excited on the possibilities of this bike that many have yet to realize.

Will stick around and see...Keep it up!

I love reading about your adventure. Heck, I have read the entire thing a couple of times now. You have the #1 on the adventure with you. I sure miss my wife not being able to travel any more. You are one lucky fellow!1.jpg

Wider offoad pegs,Hondabikepro skid plate, home made REAL crash bars, ammo cans with crash bars around them, new front springs, new rear shock and maybe aux tank from Dale.If I can find a 1" longer shock them I might go with the fork extenders.
