Might sound weird but I named my bike the same way I named my guitars: silver. And the guitars are brown, black, and red. Sometimes I give them nick names like ole brown, slick black, hot red, and hi-ho silver.

I never got attached to giving my things proper names. Instead I name them what they are/do.

Back on post #29 docb91b said his is named NanCy. Mine's also named Nancy. My best friend (God rest her soul) was Nancy. Best freind girl I ever had. Her whole name was Nancy Crook, so it fits. She talked so much I would wake up to her still talking and she never knew I dozed off -seriously...
The first 24 hours I had the new Nancy, she woke me up talking to me at 4:30A. "Miiiike...Miiiike.... come on, ride me.....you know you want to!"
