Because I am now an official owner of a 2014 Honda NC700X (red). It's everything (and more!) that I thought it would be! I feel like I stole it as I got it for $1500 less than a new one, and, it only has 800 miles on it. Owner (shout out to Jeremy!) simply wanted a MC with a clutch. I have to pinch myself to believe I found that MC and I am extremely happy!

Thanks to everyone for their support and help! You'll recognize me in future post....starting with "how do you....?
