I have over 10.000 on my bike .The chain I tightened up And put chain lube on it but it making noises .I tighten chain to what the bike specs .

You may want to look for kinks in the chain. Sometimes those can cause a rhythmic clicking sound. If you have those, you'll need to replace the chain.

When I checked my new-to-me NC700, I had a hell of a time getting the chain tension correct.
The problem was stiff links.
At 10,000 miles, if your ride is over 3 years old and there is ANY question about how it was stored, I'd start with a new chain.
Not a motorcycle chain expert here, but I do know bicycle chains very well.
In any event, if you are on the original chain I'd start with a new one.
It's all sorts of fun installing the new one. Hint, use the riveted link not the easy one.
