Spacing in my CTX seems to be pretty much the same.

I got myself an CTX and while it is nice to ride, cornering lets the footpegs scrape quite early. Way to early. Even the sidestand already touched the ground. Not very suprisingly, since it ahs basically the same frame and more like the NC-S or X. Now i would love to have a bit more...

I guess liability issues. And same spring for different type of bikes. And if they tested the bike with just this one preload (cost-issues ... testing costs money), they ofc can't say it is safe with a different setting.

tbh, i do not like the matte red ... it looks like a lot of old red cars: Faded by the sun. But then it may look better in real ... those pictures aren't the best quality.

I don't like the look of it at all tbh. Way too many things stuck to it ... just like frozenpoet said: "too busy". Addtionally, those things look way to plastic, even the muffler. But that seems to be the way Honda is currently going. Just look at the new NC_X and that ADV-Scooter.

JDE, you got the problem wrong: Camera is in a waterproof case. That case does not have a opening for a plug. So yeah, a second battery would be the idea. Better yet with a charger you can plug the battery in. So you can charge it while riding.

Also: Why did you remove the engine and replaced it with pedals? Alternative Question: Is there are Version with engine-sound?

It is the original hand bar that collides with the plastic because it gets higher. It really is a tiny cut-out ... like 0.5cm² .
