Possible to disconnect ABS on NC700X Or mod it to switchable?

You could make a start, others may be wanting the same and be able to input.

BUT, as Wozza said, this will probably affect your warranty and insurance.

I could do that. I haven't been on a road bike for the longest time nor have I ever owned a motorcycle with ABS. I mainly ride dirt bikes. THat said I haven't even got my NC yet (on back order). I know ABS bikes have been around for years? Just thought someone could have come out with an ABS switch kit by now.

I don't know if it would work, but I wonder if rather than disabling the ABS it would be possible to just fake it out by sending an input that makes it think the wheels are always turning. Not sure how the sensor inputs go into the system, but if you could come up with a way to send a switched input to the controller you could possibly disable the system without throwing a malfunction code. Just a thought for any electronics gurus to ponder.
