I thought I'd let anyone looking for some handguards my thoughts , I bought a pair of acerbis dual roads which didn't need the bar weights removing as has been said previously as they must have updated them but I couldn't get them to fit on the throttle side and they kept moving with the throttle .
I've since put in a pair of barkbusters which are now made for the nc and with these you can either pull out the weights or just attach them to the originals with the original screw and end bars .
These work a treat if your in a rush and are a lot more secure than the dial roads .

I fitted Touratech, pain in the backside removing the Honda bar end weight insert in the bars, but as I was fitting Oxford Heated grips at the same time had to be done to give the throttle grip freedom.

Great handguards, but not cheap at £125.
