I used the included posi-tap to attach the yellow lead to the hot wire from the 12v accessory plug since it is a switched connection.

I don't have any accessories hooked up to the powerhub yet but I should be good to go with that setup correct?

I'd fuse the positive wire from the battery. Possibly the yellow switched wire too. Other than that, looks good to me.
