DCT or manual? I know the DCT clunks into 2nd if you use sport shifting, in drive mode it does relatively fine though, higher rpm switches probably causes the clunk i think.

tightened the 2 bolts on the area i marked and the leak stopped so all seems good, slight smell now due to the oil that had leaked getting onto the exhaust but no new oil on it.
One of these two bolts had oil leaking from it it looked like, still leaking going to check again tonight/tomorrow. It only does it when its running at higher speeds. When its on the center stand it doesn't leak.
Turns out it was one of the bolts that go into the oil chamber things near the top of the transmission there's 2 on the DCT model they face downwards, not sure how it was leaking but it was the inner one, the outer one i would have expected since it could have gotten tweaked on a hit when it...
Have an oil leak by the lower back area of the transmission case wondering whats causing it, ive dropped the bike a few times with nothing like this happening before, dropped it once in soft dirt and it has a thimble amount of oil leaking if the engine is running and stopped for several minutes...
There's a metallic colored one called metallic permanent that has the same ability as the semi-permanent version but is slightly gray if i see correctly they didn't advertise it nearly as much or have many views of it in daylight.
I bought my DCT model for 9400 OTD including 5 year and a minor about of accessories (like 200$ worth) can't remember exact split, but taxes was about 600-800$

Sedici is also good, its Cycle gears slightly higher end brand, bilt does not have lifetime warranty, only 5 year. Sedici does however have a lifetime warranty and has much better wear resistance.
You could bolt some extra fuel onto the top or sides of the panniers/topbox as well, one of the reasons i want that setup is the amount of expansion it allows.
So you need the 1111FZ PL1111CAM and 1111KIT for the topcase+pannier (and the topcase specific mounting plate)? I'm planning on getting this in a few months probably after peak/winter and install a lot of accessories during early spring.
I've had the weird smell thing, probably just things heating up as they hit the radiator, double for the steam since the bill hook fairings are in-front of the radiator it makes sense the heated water would escape up into the instrument area.
