If wheels are balanced, then it could also be bad bearings, as someone mentioned, get the tires off the ground and spin them...that can tell you a lot.

YUP! I should be doing the first oil change on the X next week. the first oil changes on all of my previous 7 new honda's were all that way... I'm beginning to think there is a gorilla at the factory that puts the oil filters on....or they just want us to think that oil changes are too...

I've been thinking about adding one of these (http://www.strobesnmore.com/Whelen-Strip-Lite-Series-LED.html) I'd attach it to the bottom of the top case mounting bracket...if I go with that one. I had the same one on my last bike and it worked pretty well....

I bought the sw motech 37L side cases and top case mount. Mounted the backrest to the top case mount. test drove it yesterday for a bit. The wife said it was pretty comfy! it cost me $70 for the angle aluminum and $30 for the backrest and $5 for the hardware....
