A few people have been scammed on the site, Only use paypal to pay for items for sale by other members. If they will not use paypal, its likely a scam NEVER SEND E-TRANSFERS OF ANY KIND.
In the frunk, when looking towards the front of the bike, there are two screws at the top that hold the plastic cover to the battery compartment. Remove the 2 screws and slightly pull the plastic back and up and out it comes.
