I feel the bike is best at 3 to 4000 rpm but my dealer says he would be in top gear at 50mph i keep it in 4th under 50.What are peoples preferences

Look who is complaining. At 75 Texas is ahead of most of us on freeways and 70 for two lane roads way ahead.I keep in 6th gear at 75 miles per hour and still get better gas mileage than any four wheeler. When are they going to up the speed limit?
I like to keep mine above 3000rpm, usually shift into 6th @60-65 mph. I don't like the way she feels otherwise.
Hey OCR, didn't they just raise some of your limits to 80? I remember hearing them talk about it. Just be glad you're but in the northeast, they're still 55 on a lot of freeways.
