I don't know how to do a screen shot yet, but here is a pic of my note 3 with my tablet. I highlighted your name and the thumbs up at the top aappears.

Right, I only had the thumb at first too but I clikced on the three dots (menu) next to it and the word LIKE was staring at me. I clicked on it and now have both. Still confused.
