Nice! Similar story, put 600 miles on it, then storage. Too cold to ride, and about 580 of those miles it was probably too cold to ride anyways. I wanted to do the 600 mile maintenance while I had the bike stored in the garage, all ready for spring!
 
Congratulations on the NC purchase. 36 miles is a good start and I'm sure more will come when the weather cooperates. Got mine in August. Only got my endorsement the latter part of October, so I only have 700 miles on it riding it between the rains. Waiting for late spring and summer like many others. Enjoy the new bike.
