Luckily my company is in a big building so we have a garage. People who want to park their cars there have to pay $40/month! Motorcycles get in for free (although you have to swipe your badge, wait, reposition the bike on the plate, wait, get frustrated, reposition your bike, strain to hear the security guard over the intercom, and finally back away and sneak in behind a car).

My buddy is one of those folks who parks away from everybody else so his car doesn't get scratched (he is driving an X1)... so I always park right next to him.

The NC700X is a gas-guzzler. Only compared to my Chevy Volt which often parks here.

But compared to your NC, the Volt is a Electron guzzler. Plus cost of ownership is way cheaper for the NC.

Yes, that would be true. But after you've paid for the vehicles, the Volt is cheaper to operate, at something like 150 mpg equivalent.
