Not a tank map holder, anyone?

I use a ziploc bag held by duct tape on my KLR. I call it the GPZ -- Global Positioning Ziplock. That and half a sense of direction will get you anywhere you need to go.

I've seen pics on other forums where guys have used an appropriately sized ZipLock bag taped to the gastank top.
Can't beat the price or the flexibility.
I must say though, that it would probably be more at home on a KLR.

I use a Barpack map holder from Aerostitch Barpack :: Aerostich/RiderWearHouse Motorcycle Jackets, Suits, Clothing, & Gear It uses clips that go on the handlebar. Mine is about 10 years old & has been on many bikes over the years. One thing I have learned from experience, put your map in a plastic bag so it stays dry.
