I have no where that is but I'm trying to imagine where something with that large in diameter tube would be located. I can only think of three locations that have a circular tube like that although I don't know this bike well.

It's not where the swing arm attaches is it?

Well I have never had the rear tail light apart so since nobody is guessing that is my guess. The harness that leads to the rear tail light assembly.
