well, this is the cheapo way to bore out j_c whitney highway pegs using a harbor freight step drill.. Take a look at the picture. You can see that the part is clamped and the halves should be separated a bit, I used hex nuts for lack of anything else handy. The picture is self explanatory. Be careful and nibble just a bit at a time so the step drill doesn't try to remove too much aluminum and bust your knuckles. Then file and deburr.
