Hi I am a NC700X owner from Kent in SE England. I also own a 2011 Honda VFR800X Crossrunner. My NC is used for my daily commute of approx 75 mile round trip. It is used all year round (except in snow) as despite being 65 years old I have never held a car licence. I have never been without a bike since my 16th birthday and I recently had a count up of the number of bikes I have owned and it came to 75 My wife also rides (no car licence either) and own a 2022 CBF1000FA and a much customised Hornet 600

75 bikes! Did you never find out that there was a filler cap in the petrol tank and that you didn't have to replace the bike every time it ran out of petrol?

(I've been riding a few years longer, but can't match you for mileage or numbers of bikes as I do run a car.)

I hope you can continue to ride for many more years! (I intend to continue until my mates in the IAM tell me that I've lost the plot....)

I think that I lost the plot a long time ago but that has not stopped me ridding

Its just that I hate cleaning them so when they get too dirty they have to go

When I was very new to motoworld, I actually asked the shop if I should change the bike when my chain and sprocket wore out.... Yeah I was still a teenager then...
