$.03 per mile is a great bargain, until you factor in tires. Using round numbers of $200 per 10,000 miles,, sadly tires will cost you $.02 per mile. So if your total cost including tires was $.05 per mile, tires would be 40% of your trip cost. That's a sad fact about motorcycles.
