Front fork height?

I've fitted 25mm lowering links to my 2016 NC750X and intend to drop the fork yokes down the forks to lower the front ride height.
I was just wondering if anyone else who has done the same with the forks knows what is the maximum amount I can achieve without causing any clearance issues with the front mudguard (I should mention I also have a fender extender fitted) and the lower cowling etc??

I believe 19mm has been stated, but if you lower the rear and then the front, expect to drag hard parts during bumps in corners, and you can even smack the sump over speed bumps...
