Since I whacked the rear fender off the bike, I had been looking for a "GS" style splash guard. I picked up this cheap Amazon (read; china) piece. Nothing to lose at $51 shipped...from a "US location" of course.
Mod'd the mounting bracket, welding the Honda axle position bracket directly "into" the steel bracket provided in the fender kit. A fresh coat of black wrinkle-finish, and she popped right on. With the "TKC70 Rocks" on the rear, and a new Shinko 704 up front, she at least looks the business. Unfortunately, due to the shape of the new rear tire, i'm going to have to re-space the "inner" splash guard...way too tight. Easy fix.
