ABS light blinking

I have a 2012 NC700X DCT. Today after about 10 miles my ABS light started blinking and continued to do so. I pulled over and turned the bike off, waited a few minutes then started it. Rode approximately 10 miles when the light came back on and started blinking. The manual states probable issue with ABS system but brakes will work normally if light stays on. Nothing about it blinking.

Shop does not open until Tuesday. Thoughts?

It sounds like an error code for the ABS. Are the blinks a series of long and short blinks?

I think I'd check the speed sensors and pulse rings on the wheels for damage or misalignment.

The blinks are short rapid ones. I am not a mechanic by all means. From th research that I have done which has confused me more, it looks like my bike still has brakes and will function normally just not in the ABS mode, correct?

Yes, now your ABS may not be working but the brakes still function as before.

Dealer can check the code and tell you why its flashing. There are a few reasons for it.

When its flashing, you have no ABS function, but still non-ABS braking as normal.
