Thanks for the info guys. Are the 150/70 TKC's measuring out to a full 150? I measured the Z8's with a caliper and they are measuring out to about 152 for a 160 tire. Rim width make a difference on the final tire width for a given size tire. A wider tire on a narrower rim would give a rounder...
I am assuming the rear is either a 150/70-17 or a 180/55-17. The 180 compares more accurately for diameter and sidewall height but not sure if we can stuff a 180 in there.

MZ5 is right. Those of us in the very dry, very hot climates shouldn't be using mesh. You dehydrate extremely fast. Much better to be fully covered and a little ventilation goes a long ways. You don't need to have full on mesh. I always get questioned "aren't you hot?" Uh, hell yeah!! But better...

Kriega is seriously nice kit. I have a US10 and an R15 pack that have been abused badly and still work well after years on a dirt bike. I tried to mount the US10 as a tailpack to the NCX but the straps on that pack have to run under the rear seat for attachment. No hooks like on the 30. Works...
