I've had an awesome time riding the black
NC 700XD ,the last couple of weeks, that I went and got another 2015 NC700XD in red today, so my brother can ride with me (he has a Aprilia 1000 mille , which is a pretty extreme riding position & 130hp & think he'd enjoy the NC ergonomics)-& hopefully significant other will learn to ride with in a year or so and NC would be perfect learner bike and it's red which is her favorite color.
The red one has Michelin pilots on it but they're getting thin and it definitely wasn't as composed as the blk one , which I'm going to try the Penske 8963 shock off my 94 VFR on and see if it's fork caps that have adjustable preload will fit. If not it'll get Cognet Dynamic treatment , but it's a blast on back roads w stock suspension so far. I'm so glad to be back riding after 4 neck surgeries left my clutch hand FUBARed
