I know there are sites out there that do the size conversion for you, I've seen them.
But where those work, I can't find a site or figure out on my own the following...
What does 5.10S-17 equal out to? 160/60-17????
Can someone point me in the right direction please?

That list was for a Shinko tire of the same size, that IRC is a tube tire so you need a tube also. I didn't look that close on the other one.
