Got this email today: Sargent Cycle Products - In Development

Sargent cycle products said they are in development of a NC700X seat/saddle.


This kinda throws a wrench in the works for me. I was all set on a Russle Day Long saddle, both rider and pillion.

Now I'm curious if I should wait. I have no experience on motorcycle saddles, the nc is my first ride. All the forums seem to praise RDL saddles. I'll be looking up Sargents now.

Same boat............I do have a Sargent on a ST1300 it was responsible price and the seat is very comfortable. The ST is a double seat system like the NC.

Since it is the middle of winter.........I am going to wait and see what they do. Three critical areas that will be judged:
Firm foam, NO forward slope and wider support in back. Sargent on the ST got all three perfect.
