I have exactly the same problem. (Not with girls chasing me, of course....with still needing training wheels).

I get it now!
Some bikes are better at "pulling chicks" because they can go slow enough to let them catch up when they are chasing you!
I presume idling on the NC means you are only going to get the fit runners who can actually catch up (8 mph, idling speed, is faster than I can run for an extended period of time)
Probably best to ride around at a marathon just so you know there are plenty of women (or men) who can keep up.
Bet you could get all kinds of women on a 50cc scooter... (well not ON it, the seats are small, but running along side of it.)
