Installed the Givi V35 side cases this week-end and I'm pretty happy with them. Still waiting for the Givi V47 top case I ordered from Twisted Throttle, but it seems back ordered and with no ETA from the importer in Quebec.
You could give MotoStorm.it a try. I bought a pair of Givi E22 bags for about $175.00 shipped.

The shipping charge from Italy is usually around $32.00 US.
This is my interim setup. It'll do for now. These are cheap Bilt saddlebags ($44 before tax). Total capacity is 22L.

Tourandride.com has the E21 side cases with black lids on closeout for $100. I just picked up an E55 topcase for $180. Crazy good price!
Killer deal on Givi Dolomiti aluminum 36 liter side cases: $675 a pair shipped. Monokey Side : DLM36APACK2A 36LTR DOLOMITI SIDE CASES
I never have liked top boxes very much, but to satisfy my bad habit of packing to much camping gear I purchased a Givi V46. I think the Givi set up looks good and is top quality.

Good question. I thought about taking the plastic apart and gluing rare earth magnets on the plastic's underside where the bag's magnets would attach. Or maybe along with metal strips to give a bigger attachment area. Anyone ever try that? That would appear to be a magnetic base Cortech Super 2.0. I would interested in how the magnets are sticking to the frunk lid.
