I just got back to KC from a week in Palm Desert. I did not see one motorcycle driving down the road during the whole week. I think I saw 3 bikes parked in random parking lots. The weather was perfect for riding the whole week, so I thought I might see more motorcycle activity. The other bonus in that area is all the main streets are 45 to 55 mph speed limit. Not like the 30-40 in KC.
