Headlight, Aux Light - Height and Positioning Adjustment Technique

Hi guys, Anyone has great tip to adjust NC700 headlight and AUX light? Is there any guidelines or principles you follow? Maybe there are some techniques you use that are useful, quick, easy? I searched the web and the more I read the more I confused with which is the correct method and specific to NC700. Thanks!
