Was in NoCal for Thanksgiving and trucked the old Nighthawk to Livermore to find Mines Rd. to ascend Mt. Hamilton and then down to San Jose. Over 500 turns in 65 miles of oak groves, manzanita trees and 15 or so cattle crossings. Elevation gain around 4000 FT in 39 miles, and then back down in just 25 MI! Ears a poppin'. Came back to Utah and bought the NC. There are many twisty roads here in Mormon country but none I know of that length. Would like to see more rides posted here.
