D & S Displayed Simultaneous

Good morning, l own the Honda NC700S 2014 model. Of late the display seems to show both the D & S mode. No problems while riding, the bike shifting the gears smoothly according to the desired D or S mode. The only problem is on the display panel showing D & S simultaneously...
Help please...
Tried the 'disconnecting the battery for 24 hours' method but failed to solve the problem.

It looks like you have an NC700S DCT.
Has the PCM been replaced recently?
According to the service manual, this could cause D and S to be displayed simultaneously. So a Clutch Initialize Learning (PCM) procedure should be performed. Even if you don't know whether the PCM has been replaced, perform this procedure anyway. If it doesn't help, it probably shouldn't hurt.

I get that on my VFR1200 DCT after clearing fault codes with an OBD reader. A DCT reset as described above fixes it.
