I wrote a paper in college on Hawks. Awesome birds. However, they are commonly known as Chicken Hawks which got a lot of them killed. There's only two hawks that will pluck a chicken yard empty, a Cooper's Hawk and a Sharpshin Hawk. The rest eat small rodents, grasshoppers, some small birds, etc. Still love the Hawks. Next the Falcons, bird type.
