This BMW R Nine T is a retro-inspired sports bike that has been significantly customized to create the original ‘PC.02’ by Pier City Custom of Brighton. The bike has a sleek retro-style appearance resembling the R100 model.
The customizations include a Unit Garage bench seat, twin DNA high-performance air filters, a Denali M7 LED headlamp, an R100 fuel tank, a BOSE low mount exhaust, and engine bars with a yellow fog light. Pillion pegs have been removed to give it a sporty look.
The bike’s gold finish with silver lower tank stripes over a gloss black frame is highlighted by a brown leather-trimmed ribbed seat pad with contrasting gold stitching and phone/wallet pocket. The wire wheels with Brembo callipers, twin front and single rear brake discs, and Dunlop TT 100 GP Radial tyres provide excellent handling.
The bike also features Motogadget mirrors, a Motogadget digital display, and bespoke indicators and brake light fittings. It has a 1,170cc air-cooled flat-twin engine that produces 110bhp, coupled with a six-speed transmission.
