OCR, the Blueridge Parkway doesn't want people going faster than 45mph; drivers/riders would go off the side of the mountains rubber necking at all the beautiful vistas

If that is true then how am I here writing this.OCR, the Blueridge Parkway doesn't want people going faster than 45mph; drivers/riders would go off the side of the mountains rubber necking at all the beautiful vistas
If it is rubbernecking you are concerned with then 10 mph is too fast on that section of the parkway.

I enjoy the sights a few miles over at Deals Gap (the Dragon), and while at speed get my picture taken by everyone (including the police). A lot of nice folks are there to take my picture and money while enjoying the sights at speed.
