As consolation, weather in the Southeast US has been "serendipitous"; temps in the high 50's just perfect!

As I sit here on Serendipity Beach, Cambodia, enjoying my holidays with air and water temps in the mid and upper 80's, I hope everyone gets their wishes as I have, and I also wish to all a very happy New Year!

It's very important that you keep doing your exercises, Your range of motion will get there. I have a friend that got lazy with his exercises after his knee replacement and his range of motion now suffers.
