we went on a 3 day trip to the lake district(UK) about 3 weeks ago.
the second day went to Hardknott pass only to suffer a puncture,in a middle of nowhere stuck for 4 hrs .
had bike sealer in the tyres but it never worked so that was a waste of 30 UK pound.
mobile phone wouldn't work and no way to contact anyone.
luckily 2 Harely riders came by and one had a puncture repair kit.
got back to the hotel about 5 pm.
the next day on a ferry to Windermere. had a long stay there.
we had enjoyed the trip other than a stressful day last Tuesday.
