Had my lovely black nc700s for 2 weeks now after moving over from cbrs and fast bikes. I cant over state how much I love riding this bike the slightly smug feeling of how little fuel I am using as well. Got used to the low revving engine and the rev limiter at last. Going to put a higher screen and some heated grips on next thursday to cope with the winter commute.

Glad you're enjoying it! I've had mine just about two weeks as well. I'm coming from having a V-Rod as my previous, (first and only other) motorcycle. Today is the one year anniversary after I had to lay it down after some a$$ cut me off with little to no time to react. I'm really enjoying this motorcycle and being back on twoo wheels. It's so much easier to ride than the V-Rod was and like you said the fuel economy is awesome!
