Temps finally warming so...more info. First gear, clutch pulled, I hit the starter it lunges foreward. When coasting in first w clutch pulled, rpm's held high - no drag. Let rpm's drop to idle - drag. Seems the drag increases as the bike slows say from 20mph to 5mph, rpms at idle..wierd. Sure...

I didn't read every Post in this very long thread so if this has been said before my apologies. I took my key to a locksmith and told them to make me a key 1/2 inch shorter. They cut the end off of it and then ground a key just like the ignition profile but since the key is 1/2 inch shorter it...

The drag slows the bike. No foreward pull at stops. Clutch free play is ample. Also hard to find neutral. Jumps from 1 to 2 & 2 to 1 like the clutch is not disengaging fully but there is not "that" much freeplay. Otherwise shifts fine.
