Yes, at least in the UK the only NC's with C-ABS were the 2012 and 2013 NC700's. When the NC750's were introduced to the UK market they no longer had C-ABS.

It's only the 700cc Integra that uses the same chain guard as the NC700X, the 750cc Integra which has the alloy swingarm uses a different chain guard which is why the OP (and indeed myself who was the first to do this mod) did not use the one from his NC700.
I fitted 30 mm lowering links on my NC750X and the Honda center stand for the "X" was hard to use with the lowering links fitted.
I've now got the "S" center stand on the bike and it works great with the 30 mm lowering links.
I've fitted 25mm lowering links to my 2016 NC750X and intend to drop the fork yokes down the forks to lower the front ride height.
