We all know the passing greeting bikers give each other. A greeting that shows respect for a fellow enthusiast of two wheels for braving the elements, errant animals and, most of all, the cagers! You know the two fingers down in the 7:00 position. Well that all changes for cold weather riding. For cold weather, the greeting has been modified slightly to; index finger pointed at the left ear and rotating it counter clockwise around the area the ear is situated. It's sure to catch on! ;)

I still give the original greeting. Unless I'm adjusting the thermostat for my heated gear.

I'm new to all this....Do you propose to use your left hand, right hand.....or even BOTH.......?

Both! The proper technique is to pat your head with your left hand and rub your stomach in a clockwise fashion with the right hand while doing figure 8's! LOL

You left out that this is done while standing on our very uncomfortable seat.

Is that a Cal-Sci wind-shield? Before starting the video, the bike screen looks like a Cal-Sci screen from my end.
