I have spoken with some owners of this system. It will not function when it is raining or when well known soaps are on television. One owner told me that his will not function in the mornings. Another suggested it is expensive to run and maintain. Yet another owner reported that the response time degraded with age. However on the plus side I am told that "As long as it's stripped and well lubricated at regular intervals, it should provide years of reliable service".
