I found this while cross referencing oil filters. What looks to be a 2014-16 model nc750 with a factory police upfit. Dual batteries, touring screen, massive crash bars, different switchgear, and so on. I wonder how they fill with fuel?

It seems to be a factory version, because the model code is listed as NC750PAK on this oil filter cross reference list: https://www.bike-parts-honda.com/honda-motorcycle/assignment_spare_parts/15410MFJD02

I found a hungarian parts website where you can see some of the unique components. For example, you can order (for eye wateringly high prices) the police windscreen, luggage, crash bars, and the single seat cowl. Parts fiche here: https://oem-parts.hu/en/parts/honda/nc-750/nc750paf-nc750pa-2015
Woah it also has a steering wheel‽

I use the CalSci oil filter cross reference, I've been using car filters for years now. I am currently using a Mobil 1 filter, I think it's about three times as long as the stock filter was

I only looked at the windscreen in the still pics from the link in your first post, but that surely looks like the standard Honda touring windscreen my bike has. What's different about it, I wonder, that makes it a 'police' windscreen?

My guess is it's a touring screen with "ecilop" screen printed on it.

Probably the perfect match for a polite think bike vest
