If your planning on coming out to the Virginia HU meet, the early registration discount ends Dec 31st.

This is a great place with tons of room. Lots of cabins and bunkhouse space... big dinning facility, lots of meeting rooms/spaces. Plenty of camping space overlooking the lake and good sized bath houses.

This event includes a tour of Appomatox historical site which is right down the road so if your a history buff.. this is a big added bonus.

I think we had 4 NCX riders there last year. We can do allot better than that this year.

Only drawback to this site is poor cell service. There is shared wifi but it gets bogged down quick with so many people on it.

If you like having lots of space and big meeting rooms this is the HU meet for you.

Lots of good country roads and foothills riding nearby as well.

The bonfire is a nice bonus also at night.

There are way too many events that weekend. HU VA lost to the Rolex Kentucky 3 day this year. Will try to get down to the N. Carolina meet though, and on the bike this time.

Lots of things to do at that time of year. For those of us that can only do one or two things a year, you have to make up your mind and go. I'm doing the Hillbilly Hangout that month.
