Easter Ham

Sounds good if you like the strong smoke that you get with hickory or mesquite. We've found, very quickly, that a mix of apple, cherry, and alder make a wonderful light smoke for everything we do. Cherry can get strong, so we try not to use too much. Whatever you do, have fun, enjoy, and have a Happy Easter.

My company just gave us out hams for Sunday! Then at 5 pm as we where clocking out, told us be ready to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday....

Everything fits in a frunk--except another frunk
