Metzelers installed FOC. Very happy with them, more of a road tyre, so should last a bit longer than the Cheesemax's :)

So my dealer finally informed me that my new tyres arrived. Honda SA replacing the Dunlop Cheesemax's wit Metzelers. Sure that will be much better.

Sooooo, I got the news from Honda SA today that the tyres will be replaced under warranty. They are not sure as to which tyre they will be replacing it with, but at least I now have an answer. Yipeee!!

Agreed, although the rider in the vid got the bike to move around a bit, I have never experienced this and have done some hard riding around sharp bends. You should not have to worry about this at all. In the real world you would most probably never experience this, and even if you do it should...

I am having exactly the same issue here in SA with the Cheesemaxs. Tyre is nearly done at 2900km!! Spoke to the dealer over the weekend and they will get in contact with Honda SA today. Hopefully I will have more luck with getting new tyres fitted FOC... Will give an update soon.

My average is 4.3l/100km (65.69 mpg UK) over 2800km (1739.84 miles). The current tank is on 3.9l/100km (72.43mpg UK)
