I called Alvin the inventor/owner he is going to give me a full refund since I only had the helmet on for 5 miles. With my ear condition I guess ill have to wait for the Sena noise control helmet to come out before I can ride again.

Yes I had the winglets with my Madstad installed. I sold it to a member on this forum. I agree wind noise is a combo of a lot of factors. Like you said hope I can get it worked out.

I had a 24" Madstad I adjusted it every with way I could. But with the Schuberth S2 helmet the stock screen had way less buffeting.

P.S. I will be using earplugs plus the Quiet Ride Helmet.

I have eustachian tube dysfunction in my left ear and sound aggravates it. I wear a Schuberth S2 and have tried multiple earplugs including custom from an audiologist. The wind still is an issue so I had my new NC for sale after 295 miles even tho I love it but my left ear can stay "clogged" up...

I wear a uniform at work so I wear it in and overpants and riding jacket, gloves, helmet and work boots. But planning on getting a pair of dedicated riding boots.

He knew what the code was and checked if there was a recall for this issue on the 2015, there was not only on the 2014. So he called to see if there was another reason for this code to pop up. And was told it was from the battery being disconnected for an extended period.
